"One of A4e's aims is to return people into sustainable jobs through education and training, having being successful in the UK, Israel and Germany, A4e won a contract to deliver the same service in France, setting up offices, employing staff, providing all ICT services and furnishings in a matter of months.

A4e sought the assistance of JD Approach to support them with the setup and launch of two new A4e offices in Choisy Le Roi and Cretail, South of Paris. Deborah's excellent language skills and knowledge of the area were invaluable for the smooth opening of the offices. Deborah was able to not only translate for the A4e team, but project managed the openings and offered a technical insight into the whole process. Deborah ensured the A4e team were continually updated and on track to meet deadlines. Deborah liaised with all suppliers including PC suppliers, builders, electricians, plumbers, decorators and telecommunication companies, ensuring that the most competitive rates were obtained and the deliveries were on schedule, allowing the offices to open on time.

JD Approach continued to support the project through to go live date and assisted during the hand over period, attending meetings to offer feedback to the A4e project management team, information that will be invaluable for the next France office opening."
