About Approach IT

JD Approach was established in 2005 by female entrepreneurs Jessica Zeun and Deborah Adshead to serve the IT Support needs of small businesses. Very quickly, JD Approach gained a reputation for providing an efficient and friendly service with down-to-earth pricing.  Now trading as "Approach IT" we still offer the same high quality services and solutions to a range of business customers.

At Approach IT, our core services are Website Design and Training. In addition, we provide a range of services and products complementary to our core services - enabling us to give your small business total IT Support.

Approach IT is based in the Hart Shaw Building at Sheffield Business Park near Sheffield Airport. We also have a number of home based staff and trainers who work on site at customers' premises or in exteral training centres. We are ideally situated to serve customers in Rotherham, Sheffield, Chesterfield and the surrounding areas.
